  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before we start editing, you may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable deposit if applicable.

  • After Work Has Started: If you cancel after editing has begun, you will be responsible for the work completed up to that point. A partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Rush Orders: Rush orders are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Some projects may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • Digital Downloads: Digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and delivered, refunds will not be provided.

  • Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we offer revisions to address your concerns. For short-form video services, the amount of revisions are determined by the plan you choose. For video production services, revisions are agreed upon on a project to project basis. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents us from completing your project, we will offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Exceptions
