We offer two primary services:
Video Editing Services: Editing long videos into short-form content for social media.
Full Video Production Services: Comprehensive video production for short films, music videos, brand films, commercials, and documentaries.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear instructions, footage, logos, and any necessary assets.
For video production services, collaborate on pre-production, provide necessary permits, and ensure access to required locations.
Ensure you have the legal rights to all submitted materials.
Communicate any deadlines or specific requirements before the editing or production process begins.
3. Payment and Pricing
Pricing will be communicated before project commencement.
A non-refundable deposit may be required for both editing and production services.
Full payment is due upon project completion before the delivery of final files.
4. Revisions
Video Editing Services: Amount of revisions is determined by the plan purchased.
Video Production Services: Amount of revisions are determined on a project to project basis.
Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
For video production projects, significant changes after filming may result in additional charges.
5. Turnaround Time
Video Editing Services: Turnaround time determined by plan purchased.
Video Production Services: Standard delivery timelines will be provided at the project outset.
Rush requests may be accommodated for an additional fee.
6. Intellectual Property
Video Editing Services: You retain ownership of all original content provided.
Video Production Services: We maintain the right to use completed works for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client may use the finished video for the agreed-upon purposes, including but not limited to digital distribution, physical copies, broadcasts, or public screenings, as outlined in the project agreement.
For video production, any unused footage remains the property of Omie World, LLC.
7. Commitment to Service
Omie World, LLC is committed to providing quality services to all clients. However, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our sole discretion, should circumstances arise that prevent us from upholding our standards or fulfilling our commitments effectively. This policy ensures we maintain the highest level of service and professionalism.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any copyright claims or legal issues arising from the footage you provide.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project details and materials confidential.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.
